Manifesting with Synchronicity course starts January 31

This will be the fourth year I've taught this wonderful course and I'm super excited to share it again with my fellow Steamboaters. A few seats remain, take a look at what this course offers!

Based on James Redfield's Celestine Prophesy's first 9 insights, this course is an in-depth look at:

  • What Jung's definition of synchronicity means and how to use it for creating the life we want to live
  • Where we've come from in the last 100 years and where we may go from here
  • How the Earth's energy moves around us and what it means to connect to us
  • The four human psychological dramas and how to navigate them with peace and groundedness
  • Why we've chosen the parents we were born to and how to learn from their lessons and forgive the past
  • How the many religions of the world are connecte
d and tapping into that One energy
  • We learn the quantum tools for manifesting: mantras and affirmations, meditation, intention
  • And so much more!

This course has become a foundation of the way I live my life, and I feel blessed to facilitate it.

Email me at andy@innerselflightworks.com to sign up before it's too late. We only run it once a year!

Comfrey salve is a staple in our house

Ever since living on the farm in Oregon and learning all the old world holistic trades, I have been a big proponent of do-it-yourself home care. Be it for skin, hair, eating or cleaning, there's so much to be said about making your own. And one of our go-to items is a healing comfrey salve. Burt's Bees makes a great version ( Dr. Burts ), and there are several others like it you can buy at Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, etc. So if you don't have time, having one of these store bought versions in your first aid kit or cabinet is a great idea. The magic of the comfrey plant is legendary - the Native Americans called it "Knit Bone," and used it for all sorts of internal and external remedies. In our house, we use it for rashes, stings, cuts, nicks, scrapes, and most of all, burns. Most versions (home made or store bought) include lavender in their blend, which is an immediate and must-have cure for burns. So this summer, when our comfrey plants took over the f

Gluten Free for Psoriasis

Recently I've been putting my researching brain cells to work on studying the Gluten Free way of life. Since the age of 14 I have had psoriasis, and recently it's been showing signs of progression to psoriatic arthritis, a progression that occurs in about 20-40% of the cases (studies are still incomplete, although the reverse is 80% of PA patients have had psoriasis, so the two are definitely linked). I've been tested for allergies in the 1980s (none), and I'm a pretty natural consumer as well, so I don't use body products with harmful ingredients like parabens or sulfates. Herbal and homeopathic remedies and dead sea salts have all helped reduce my inflammations, but have never eliminated the disorder completely. I was vegetarian for 7 years in the 1990s, and that never cleared up my psoriasis either. Because of its progression I've started researching the diet and how it relates to the disorder, and stumbled upon several articles and studies that now lin
